Zigbee protocol

Most Zigbee HA devices in the following categories are compatible* with the Hilo smart home hub and app:

• In-wall smart switches
• Smart dimmers
• Smart pluggable or wall switches
• Smart bulbs

Hilo is actively working to open its ecosystem to as many energy efficiency solutions as possible.

The maximum number of devices that can be paired with the hub applies.

Other device types or categories are not supported by the Hilo hub and app.

Wi-Fi protocol

Some complementary Wi-Fi devices, previously sold by Hilo, are also compatible* with the Hilo smart home hub and app:

• First Alert smoke detectors (Model: Onelink 1042253)
• Netatmo weather stations (Model: NWS01-US)

Any device not sold by Hilo that interferes with the proper operation of the Hilo smart home service must be deleted and disconnected from the mobile app and hub, if required by Hilo.
